• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Sale items, gift cards, and any items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return.
• Items purchased as part of a promotional offer or discount may be returned for store credit only.
How to Initiate a Return

2. Receive Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to proceed with your return.
3. Pack Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Ensure the package is securely sealed.
4. Ship Your Return: Attach the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest shipping provider location. If you choose not to use our return label, please send the package to the following address:

Refund Processing
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
• Approved returns will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Exchanges
• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@sweetteaboutiqueco.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
